We allow returns up to 14 days if the rug is not the right color or size for you.

Shipping Time
We ship through USPS and UPS which usually takes 2-3 business days.
You can track your order with the provided tracking number sent to your email.
Rug Decompress Time
Our rugs come in compressed packaging and usally take 2-3 days to decompress and become thicker and fluffier.
Please dont assume the rugs are thin after opening since you will need to give it time to decompress.
